ULTRACLAD™ WELD OVERLAYS
A wide range of applications can benefit from anti-corrosion and abrasion resistant weld overlays, including pipelines, flanges, valves, vessels, heat exchangers and sub-sea equipment. The UltraClad™ technology, utilizes state-of-the-art robotics and automation to apply the most advanced overlay on the planet. The UltraClad™ fully automated machines are able to apply overlay to any shape or size component with any overlay combination of steels and non ferrous alloys, including carbon and low alloy steels, martensitic, austenitic, duplex and super duplex stainless steels, nickel and copper based alloys.
As a result of the UltraClad™ automated proprietary process, JEBCO delivers finished product up to 5 times faster and at a cost savings up to 30% when compared to the competition.
UltraClad™ is proven technology that will significantly prolong the service life of new or refurbished components.
Abrasion Resistance
Used predominately in the oil fields of Western Canada, JEBCO is a proud supplier to the major Canadian oil & gas producers, providing superior abrasion (wear) resistant overlays designed to handle the harshest conditions.
JEBCO produces the finest abrasion resistant overlays using Chromium Carbide, Stellite, Tungsten Carbide and Chromium Tungsten hybrids. JEBCO offers unique solutions to combat every aspect of your wear resistant needs.
Corrosion Resistance
Corrosion results from moisture or corrosive chemicals, which causes the gradual destruction of the carbon steel base metal. Particularly for those oil & gas producers in the United States (and around the world), the corrosion of metal parts is accelerated by exposure to liquid and gaseous corrosives, from strong acids to caustics, often at elevated temperatures and pressures.
JEBCO offers the most advanced corrosion resistant overlays, from Nickel based (inconels, hastelloys) Stainless Steel (austenitic, duplex, super duplex) or Copper-Nickel (monels), each solution offers unprecedented level of protection against metal corrosion.
